STRATEGIC LEGAL SUPPORT

Cameron Bell, Esq.

Associate attorney

Michael Stege, MBA

director of operations

Cameron is an Associate Attorney supporting the firm’s transactional and litigation practice groups, with a primary focus on advising small business clients through transactions, ownership transitions, and business disputes, while leading the firm’s real estate matters. He brings hands-on experience in commercial real estate, having managed mixed-use property portfolios, supported acquisition teams, and worked closely with brokers and partners on lease administration and compliance.

Cameron’s practice emphasizes drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, preparing pleadings and mediation briefs, and conducting in-depth legal research on real estate, contract, and business issues. Prior to joining the firm, he supported real estate and personal injury litigation as a law clerk, where he managed high-volume caseloads, authored persuasive advocacy materials, and contributed to favorable client outcomes. Cameron is driven by practical, detail-oriented transactional work and values close collaboration with clients and colleagues to deliver efficient, business-minded legal solutions.

Michael has been with the Firm since 2013 where he has managed the overall operations through the Firm’s growth and expansion. He finds himself involved with both the transactional and dispute sides of the Firm’s practice areas as a natural “go-to” for anything outside the direct legal scope of the Client’s matter. Usually with at least two spreadsheets open, more than a handful of Chrome tabs, and a constant desire to get involved with a Client’s business structure and financials, Michael is the Firm’s in-house MBA.

When not working directly with the Firm’s business transactions and litigation teams, Michael manages the Firm’s operations and systems. With a business operations degree and a Masters in New Venture Management from USD, Michael supports both the Firm’s transactions and litigation teams on many financial and operational business considerations. As a client you’ll come across Michael assisting the filing team, working with Clients on settlement funds flow and billing, and as an internal analyst digging through accounting records and financial statements.
